William Blackmore earned his BS in physics & astronomy from Northern Arizona University and his MS in mechanical engineering from PSU. He trained astronauts and facilitated many experiments on the International Space Station and was Resident Astronomer at Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch in Namibia.
