Scott Kelly, PE, MS Engineering, is a consulting civil engineer with over 25 years’ experience. He has degrees in Physics (BS, San Diego State University, 1979) and Secondary Education (Humboldt State University, 1981), and a MS in civil engineering (University of Washington, 1987). He taught math, science and health in the Peace Corps in Nepal, and middle school math in Belleview, Washington.
