Students analyze blood spatters, collect samples for examination and chemical analysis, explore the intricacies of fingerprinting and are introduced to the science of genetics and DNA forensics. Using the scientific method and deductive reasoning, students evaluate motive and opportunity and then, in teams, ultimately solve the crime.
