How do the biochemical processes performed inside cells make life possible? Ask an enzyme! Through scientific experimentation and observation, you will see how small changes within a cell can lead to big changes in an organism and how enzymes change the speed of these processes. You will explore exothermic reactions in the process of making Elephant's toothpaste, an eruption of oxygen-filled foam. Experiments with disinfectants will demonstrate which are most effective in destroying disease-spreading bacteria.
