I served in the United States Navy for twenty six years. While in the Navy I went to various electronic schools. I have worked on Guided Missile Systems, Gun Systems and Submarine Torpedo Systems. The first part of my career I spent on Destroyers, the last part of my Naval career I spent on Fast Attack Submarines and Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarines. I have traveled to the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mid East, Europe, Asia, Australia, American Samoan Islands, Artic Circle, Guam, Midway, Tasmania, Taiwan, Sicily and have been stationed from Maine to Washington. When I retired from the Navy I worked with Loral Aerospace repairing Navy Trainers, I was a Field Service engineer for SemiTool a company that made Machines that made micro-chips, then I worked for Intel performing preventative and corrective maintenance on the machines that made micro-chips. I retired from Intel and I am now working for Saturday Academy developing curricula for Basic Electricity and Electronics and plan to teach these courses. I am so looking forward to having a positive impact on young minds teaching them Electricity and Electronics and sharing my experiences that I have had. Some of my favorite things to do are golfing, fly fishing and white water rafting.
